Appointments and Fees

I offer an initial consultation of 60 minutes which gives the opportunity to

• discuss and explore the difficulties which have led you to consider therapy

• think about whether you would like to pursue therapy further

• think about whether we could work well together.

You are not under any obligation to attend further sessions following this initial meeting.

If you decide to attend for further therapy, appointments are for 1 hour. Dates, times and frequency can be discussed and agreed.

The cost of appointments is £120 per hour (pro-rata)
